Sweet and Spicy Greens

4 cups of greens (I like collards)
chopped and cooked
4 slices of bacon
diced
1 smalll onion
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
3 Dashes Tabasco


Add bacon to saute pan on medium heat. When the bacon is releasing its fat add onions. Saute until soft , add greens , maple syrup and tabasco. Saute until heated throughout

This is another very simple but tasty and healthy recipe. I like to use collards,but you can use kale,chard or spinach. I have even used frozen spinach and it is very tasty!
