Turkey Soup

Please do not throw away the turkey bones. They make the most delicious and easy broth. After you cut away most of the large pieces of meat that you want, put all the turkey bones into a large stock pot. Fill the pot with water and simmer on the stove for 3 to 4 hours. Then let it cool a bit. Next strain out the bones and cover the stock and refrigerate until tomorrow. Put the bones in another pan and put that in the fridge too. The next day, skim off the fat that has collected on the broth. Add whatever veggies you would like and season to taste simmer this for about one hour. Next pick the remaining meat off the bones and add to broth. I like to cook a pot of rice and then just put some rice in a soup bowl and top with the broth. This is so good and easy!!!!!!!!
